Our Aftermarket division is already a well-oiled machine and a key pillar of our global growth strategy. Now, we’re looking for a commercial and technical leader who can build on that success and guide it into its next chapter. As VP Aftermarket, you’ll be a vital member of Caljan’s Executive Management Team, helping to shape not just Aftermarket but the future of the company overall.

What you’ll really be doing:

•  Leading and developing a skilled global team across Denmark, Latvia, and our international entities.
• Building on an already successful strategy — and adjusting where it makes sense.
• Driving commercial growth through strong customer relations, service innovation, and frame agreements.
• Supporting the launch of new digital offerings and value-adding services for our installed base.
• Collaborating closely with Group Sales, Operations, and fellow executives to align efforts and share results.
• Acting as a visible, hands-on leader who thrives on clarity, trust, and shared success.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are both commercially sharp and technically grounded — and can switch gears between strategic vision and day-to-day leadership.
• Have 5–10+ years of experience leading international Aftermarket operations, ideally in a technical or industrial B2B setting.
• Know how to lead through others, foster accountability, and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Bring structure, energy, and a sense of purpose to everything you do.
• Speak and write fluently in both Danish and English.
