You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing tailored value propositions, and leading the full sales cycle in fast-evolving markets.
Purpose of the Product Sales Specialist Role
The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our advanced product portfolio into targeted regions and industries, with a strong focus on market expansion, new customer acquisition, and solution-based selling. This role will engage directly with clients, understand their business challenges, and deliver technology-led solutions that create tangible value.
Key Product Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies to expand our presence within the assigned territory and industry verticals.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outbound activities, including networking, cold outreach, and targeted campaigns.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through technical consultation, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Present compelling product value propositions based on an in-depth understanding of customer needs, operational processes, and ROI drivers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for sales growth and profitability.
Customer Relationship Management & Product Expertise
- Establish strong, trust-based relationships with key decision makers, including executives, procurement leaders, engineers, and operations managers within target customer accounts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned products; provide demonstrations, technical guidance, and detailed product information to customers and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, engineering, marketing, and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are successfully delivered.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Reporting, Forecasting and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, sales forecasts, and account activities via our CRM/ATS tools for regular reporting.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement in sales approaches and product positioning.
- Support development of pricing, product strategy, and business case proposals in alignment with internal processes and profit objectives.
Product Sales Specialist Candidate Profile: Essential Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ successful sales experience with capital equipment or technical solutions, preferably in warehouse automation, logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in new business generation and a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers and long lead times.
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities in English (additional language skills are an advantage).

Travel & Location
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time as required for customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and industry events.
