People & Culture Operations Partner
Help turn P&C plans into action
Do you enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and making things happen?
We are looking for a People & Culture Operations Partner to join Caljan for a 12-month maternity cover. You will play an important role in developing our global P&C Operations, with a particular focus on HR systems, digital solutions, data, governance, policies, and process improvements.
Working from our Hasselager office, you will collaborate with P&C colleagues across our international organization, including colleagues in Denmark, Germany, the UK, Latvia, and the US. The direction is set, but we need someone who can turn priorities into practical plans and drive activities forward.
What will you do?
You will take ownership of agreed P&C initiatives and help ensure they are successfully implemented across the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the implementation and optimization of HR systems and digital solutions
Turning priorities into structured plans and following activities through to completion
Improving HR data quality and reporting
Supporting the development and implementation of global P&C processes, policies, and governance
Identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and improve the way we work
Collaborating with P&C, IT, external partners, and colleagues across countries
You will work with systems such as HR-Connect, D365, and Intempus and contribute to both new solutions and improvements to existing workflows.
Who are we looking for?
You have practical experience within HR Operations, HR administration, HR projects, or a similar HR role and enjoy combining structure with action.
We imagine that you:
Have a good understanding of HR processes and employee data
Are comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems
Can coordinate stakeholders and keep activities moving forward
Work independently and take ownership from start to finish
Are structured and detail-oriented without overcomplicating things
Enjoy finding practical solutions in a dynamic environment
Communicate professionally in Danish and English
Experience with HR system implementations or an international organization is an advantage, but not a requirement. More importantly, you are curious, proactive, collaborative, and ready to turn ideas into action.
Why join Caljan?
At Caljan, you will join an international organization where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. You will become part of an experienced P&C team while having the independence to organize your work and drive your own deliverables.
During your 12 months with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to tangible improvements in our global P&C Operations and gain experience working across countries, systems, and functions.
We offer pension and private health insurance, as well as lunch, fresh fruit, and social activities at our Hasselager location.
